The creation and development of a brand is quite complex. Several aspects need to be taken into account, including: consumer values, business interests and the policies we align ourselves with. These are three fundamental elements and we must know how to manage them in the best possible way.
We start with the interests of the business, in other words, what we as a brand identify with and think is most appropriate for our business to develop. We have certain production processes, material choices, contacts with suppliers and other systems that we have selected over time as being the best and with who we work very well.
Then we have the consumer's values. What the consumer believes in and which, in a way, matches what our brand believes in and wants to present to the public.
The third element is the political efforts that are taken into account. To this element we can associate the different policies and standards that we are obliged to follow and others that allow us to give security and recognition to our work and the items we produce. A clear example is the issue of sustainability. As we have already mentioned on the blog, we are a brand based on the values of sustainability and concern for our planet, and so we must always be aware of any changes that may arise. Regulatory changes need to be supported so that the brand fulfils its sustainability commitments.
These three components are important and must be linked for the brand to function properly. It's in the consumer's interest to know where they stand and how the brand is positioned. It is in the brand's interest to realise that the values of our brand's consumers are aligned with what we want to work towards and associate ourselves with.
The sphere of policies and regulations is linked to the other two complements by the fact that not only are we obliged to abide by laws and regulations in order to operate normally, but we have also established a variety of certificates and standards that allow us to be identified and considered legitimate in the work we do on a daily basis and in the way we do it. Examples such as certificates associated with the materials we use is an important step for a brand that wants to be increasingly sustainable. It's an aspect that consumers are interested in knowing about.
In addition to this link between components, we will always take into account the context in which they operate: constant change, adaptation and development. These circumstances require attention from the various areas that make up our brand, from production to management, marketing and operations. The world with which we are in constant contact also has a major influence on our work.
Adaptation is the key word for continuing and evolving according to this management. It's fundamental for all the structures that make up our brand and that add value and follow-up to our work. There is an interconnection between these aspects and each one influences the next and the previous one itself.
Wedoble always strives for the best for its customers and works every day to produce the best products that are also in line with our business and our responsibility towards our work.
We believe that the combination of these three indicators is essential, in order to know how to operate in the best and legitimate way, to know how to listen, to be attentive to what people can bring to the brand and what we want to develop and that makes sense for what we create and manage every day.
What about you? We want to know your opinion.
