We’ve kicked off the second half of our trade fair season, this time showcasing our Spring/Summer 2027 collection. Our schedule remains compact, but very rewarding. We attended only the Playtime fair in Paris.
As usual, we always enjoy coming to the blog to highlight a few details and share our experience at this year’s Playtime. There’s no shortage of motivation for development and growth, whether through discovering new pieces and meeting new people, or through the exchange of ideas we’ve shared with both familiar faces and newcomers.
In today’s post, we’re heading to PlayTime in Paris. One of the great fashion capitals, which never fails to impress with its beauty and the inspiration it brings. As this was the first and only trade fair on this itinerary, we made the most of every minute to present and explain our new collection to our visitors, along with the details and the inspiration that led us to create it. We presented our Spring/Summer 2027 collection — Sea Breeze and Lavender.
Playtime took place in Paris on 27, 28 and 29 June. It was three intense days, packed with conversations, exchanges of ideas and presentations of the new products we’ve brought with us. As a result, we received a lot of feedback and a range of reactions from those who visited our stand.
As always, we wanted to know how the trade fair went, so we asked our team to tell us about their experience, what their expectations were for this edition, and to explain a little about the collection we took to this season’s international trade fairs.
Wedoble’s participation in the summer edition of Playtime Paris went very well. We had the opportunity to present our new Spring/Summer 2027 collection, which was very well received by the public. The new designs were widely praised and the feedback we received proved to be extremely valuable. This input will undoubtedly be taken into account in the brand’s future developments.
This edition allowed us to strengthen our ties with people who are dear to us. Furthermore, we were able to identify future concerns and how we can continue to move in the right direction. It is a trade fair that enables us to connect with markets on the other side of the world and, in doing so, to understand their perspectives and their views on the collection we presented, which was very well received.
The collection features plenty of colour and a number of patterns inspired by the warmer months. Fabrics with floral and nature-inspired patterns predominate. As we have already mentioned, we have a wide variety of colours, ranging from so-called standard shades to some that are more specific to the collection. The colours specific to the collection will be highlighted both in the knit of each item and in the pattern of each fabric. Some designs are already familiar, but we’re introducing others that we believe bring a fresh perspective to the collection.
We are grateful for the warm welcome and the insights shared throughout the fair, which confirm that we are on the right track. Playtime Paris remains a strategic and inspiring meeting place for Wedoble, and we are already excited about what the future holds.
Another edition of Playtime in Paris – and it’s always a good idea. We’ve come away with a positive outcome and some fresh ideas, and we’re already ready for the next trade fair. We’d like to thank Playtime for once again giving us such a great time and allowing us to return full of ideas to put into practice.
What about you? What did you think of this edition of Playtime? What would you most like to know? We would like to know your opinion.
