Trade fairs with Wedoble

That time of the year has arrived: the international fairs. Wedoble has been participating in several fairs throughout its activity. We can consider that fairs have always been something that allowed us to grow, develop and another moment to be in contact with the people we work with and with our clients.



We think of the fairs as an opportunity to show the news, establish new contacts, see our customers and sellers, present our work and, above all, bring with us new ideas and inspiration for our work and future collections. In particular, this fair in Italy is a constant every year and we always feel that it is a fair that brings us good memories.



Today we bring you our experience from the third fair of the year 2023 - Pitti Bimbo in Florence, Italy. We asked our Brand Manager to explain us a little about the collection that the brand presented at this fair, the atmosphere of this event and what we bring back from these days in Italy.



The presentation of Wedoble's new Spring-Summer 2024 collection took place at the Pitti Bimbo fair in Florence from 21 to 23 June. Beyond the Earth is the name of this new collection dreamt as a regenerated freedom, as something that was once with us, was experienced, but needed to be taken to mother nature. Nothing is created at random everything will have a link, a purpose, a new reality that carries all the design to an identity that is based on rebirth and has the purpose of creating true and felt sustainability in the hearts of human beings. Everything matters, everything is relevant, from the initial seed, just like the birth of a baby, it matters from the beginning. This is the greatest commitment, in a context beyond the earth. 








In this collection over 75% of the garments are made of organic and Gots certified cotton. The Wholegarment technology (full piece and seamless production) continues to be the great asset of our production allowing a very significant waste reduction (waste production less than 5%). In this collection we have also introduced brand labels with a QR code that allows each piece to be traced from the origin of the thread and the various materials to advice on what the customer should do with it at the end of its life. This information will allow each customer to get to know each piece they are buying in depth and advise them on how to treat it to extend its life cycle as far as possible (washing, drying, maintenance and repair, recycling/reuse).





Our presence in both fairs is intended, on the one hand, to create a moment to meet clients in the markets where we are already present and, on the other hand, to introduce the brand to new markets that are very present in these fairs. This season we will also begin our journey into the Belgian and Danish markets and we intend to consolidate our presence in the older markets such as Italy, Spain and England and strengthen our position in the more recent markets such as Holland, Norway, Germany and Austria. The fairs also allow us to have direct access to important clients in the South American and USA markets, which have an increasing weight in our sales volume.







Despite the complex market environment, Wedoble has had a very positive performance with growth in both the Business to Business and Business to Consumer dimensions and we hope to grow again in 2023.
